About T
I work in the Architecture/Construction and related fields that deal with various applied mathematics.
I say "related fields" because I never knew how many there were until I got here.
My hobbies include but are not limited to studying rocket science, aeronautics and finance.
I will stick to tutoring other levels mathematics for now.
My 8th Grade math teacher was very mean to me, and almost scared me away from something I have grown to love and use every day.
I promise not to scare you away from math.
My 9th Grade algebra teacher was the opposite and taught me that even something as complicated as rocket science could be boiled down to, "It's just a lot of algebra."
Thankfully, she had turned down a job offer from NASA and inspired me to continue my love for applied mathematics.
I recently taught my mother about variables in algebra and how she uses algebra every day.
She was scared of "letters in math," which is understandable.

I like to let my students guide themselves to the right answers without too much of my own input unless my input is directly needed.
I find this method allows the student to come up with methods of problem solving that are unique to their own way of thinking.
When sitting down with a student, I like for them to guide the session, maybe reviewing specific problems they are having or going over concepts.
My lessons would be for late high-school, early college levels.
I can also tutor on math that pertains to the architectural or construction backgrounds, as I use Algebra, Geometry and some Trigonometry almost daily.
