About Roberta
I am Roberta an architect with over 15 years’ experience in practice, and for the last five years lecturing at university. I have been involved in a wide range of projects, from offices, mixed-use residential/commercial, and transport hubs in large architecture studios in London and abroad. In 2016 I founded erta creates my practice working for myself. The greatest decision I have ever made. The new flexibility offered time to dedicate to teaching where I share my passion and visions with the students. As a sole practitioner, I now focus on smaller commissions for private clients. My work ranges from project inception, personally liaising with clients to develop briefs, to implement and final delivery of their visions. The services comprise feasibility studies, planning process, tender stages, contractor selection, MEP coordination, and construction management. Each project is unique, and the work is sensitive to the needs of each individual client as well as being site-specific. I bring to teaching the same professional values I apply to my work in practice. I am personable and enthusiastic, driven by excellence, visions, and skills.

I bring a solid experience of 15 years in practice and lecturing at university to guide and support your college work where needed. Whether you are starting an architecture course, or are an established student in need of an independent review of ideas, design, and technical solutions, I can assist you to reach your objectives. When it comes to tutoring, I believe in a student-centric approach that acknowledges the individual strengths of each learner. I am committed to offering personalised guidance and assistance that aligns with your specific needs and goals. My objective is to foster the development of your creative and technical abilities, as well as your capacity for critical and analytical thinking in the realm of design. I can offer customised sessions to suit your level of education and specific needs. This may include the design process, concept proposals, drawings, technical development, and presentation graphics. Good knowledge of software: MicroStation, AutoCAD, excellent SketchUp Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
