I am an Exercise and yoga specialist with Doctorate in exercise physiology.I have PhD., HCQF-LEVEL12, ereps-level6, RYT- YOGA ALLIANCE. Having 15 years experience in the Armed forces as fitness consultant and yoga specialist.I have got huge number of students in different parts of the world.

My teaching methodology is individualized and based on the principles sports training which focus on the development of all the components of fitness and well being. My knowledge in anatomy , exercise physiology and kinesiology helps to provide training with zero tolerance to injury.I am EREPS( EUROPEAN REGISTERED EXERCISE PROFESSIONAL) lEVEL-6 "Health & exercise specialist""My training methodology is as per the guidelines of EREPS.
