I did art therapy with Vaishali few months ago, I have really like the session. She provides all the material required and hold the space in a very safe and gentle way. We did few exercises and I have really appreciate explanations behind each of them. She gives extra exercise at the end also that we can practice alone for the future.
Through the session she also share more about the technical aspect of painting. As begginer she has give me all the basics to feel free to start painting.
If I have the opportunity I will definitely go again for a session with her. Highly recommended :)
