About Amy
I have am currently studying fine art: Painting and Printmaking at Glasgow School of Art.
I achieved A*s in both IGSCE and A Level art where I gained experience in printing, painting and textiles.
I am proficient in drawing and can tutor observational drawing alongside playful illustrations.
In 2022, I sent my university applications and got offers for all the courses I applied for. These include courses at Edinburgh College of art and UAL Camberwell, for which I attended interviews and prepared tailored portfolios and personal statements.
Through this process, I learnt all there is to know about art school applications through UCAS and I am eager to help other students who are in similar positions.

I am looking to help students develop their skills, ideas and concepts with tailored idea generation workshops and experimentation that lead could to a final piece.
I am experienced and have an extensive knowledge of the cryptic criteria of art GCSE and A level. Particularly the artist studies, for which I can provide advice with the annotations. I firmly believe in my ability to tutor the above while maintaining joy in the learning process. In tutoring I also aim to aid students identify and develop their individual drawing style.
Every lesson will be unique as I guide my student and help them build confidence in their creative language true to themselves.
