About Aneta
I'm a proffesional artist and an art teacher with over 8 years of experience. I have two master degrees in Art: MFA in Painting and MFA in Studio Art. I received a Fulbright scholarship and graduated from Montclair State University in USA with MFA Studio Art degree. I've been studying, and later working as a professional artist and an art teacher for almost a decade in New York. Last year I moved to London where I've been working as a secondary school art teacher and private tutor for all ages including primary, secondary students and adults. I have also worked on students portfolios
My teaching philosophy is student centered. I design classes to guide and support students to succeed. To me every student is special, and I always look for ways to help them to reach their potential using various resources, inspiration materials as well as sharing my own knowledge as a professional artist. I guide, challenge and empower students to create work like an artist by teaching them about critical thinking, various art mediums and habits of mind all while providing a safe, welcoming and creative environment.
