About Mohammed
Mohammed Abdo is a talented visual artist, calligrapher and designer based in the UK. His passion for art and calligraphy was with him since childhood. He devoted his years to mastering visual art, and holds BA Interior design from Damascus University.
Mohammad specializes in the Ruq'a, Diwani and Kufic script focusing on using bamboo pens with traditional Arabic ink and traditional paper in addition to experiment with different techniques.
Mohammed likes experimenting with letterforms and creating calligraphic works and collages based on abstract themes. He uses the traditional form of calligraphy and geometric with the fabric and furniture in his practice of interior design using calligraphy and Typography for transforming spaces and delivering messages.

Arabic Calligraphy is a lesson for anyone who likes to start studying Arabic calligraphy, Mohammed teaches the fundamental techniques of Ruqa script which is the script that is recommended to enter the world of Arabic calligraphy.
You will learn and practice, how to form each and every letter in the Arabic alphabet, broken down by stroke so that by the end of the lesson you will have more confidence to create letters easily and quickly.
This lesson 1 hour. And no experience is required for this lesson and it is perfect for beginners or middle level.
