About Anna
I am a professional Flute tutor with more than 19 years of teaching experience. I work with School students, College students, and working professionals who want to improve their flute skills in a structured way.
My teaching approach focuses on strong fundamentals and steady improvement. I train students in breathing techniques, posture alignment, finger movement, tone clarity, and rhythm precision. I believe consistent practice leads to confident performance.
Along with flute lessons, I teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, scale practice, ear training, and basic performance skills. These supporting subjects help students become well-rounded musicians. I also guide students with exam preparation.
My unique skill is adapting lessons to suit different learning styles. I provide simple explanations, personalised practice routines, and regular encouragement. My aim is to help students enjoy learning flute and achieve their goals.

I follow a student-centred flute teaching approach that is built on communication, creativity, and flexibility. I believe clear explanation and supportive feedback help students improve steadily. Each concept is explained step by step, and students are encouraged to communicate openly during lessons.
Creativity plays an important role through musical exercises, creative practice methods, and expressive playing techniques. Lessons are flexible and adapted according to student progress, learning style, and goals, whether they are learning for exams, performances, or personal enjoyment.
Flute lessons cover breathing control, posture, embouchure, finger technique, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading. In addition to flute instruction, I teach supporting subjects such as music theory, rhythm practice, ear training, and basic performance skills to help students grow into confident musicians.
