Life coaching for teenagers and young people. I have mentoring experience with a range of young people, including those with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD and Dyslexia.
Together we can set goals for you, whether personal, educational, professional, or a mixture. Often when people plan out goals without the support of someone else, it can feel overwhelming and unachievable. I will help you identify ways to break down these goals into smaller, more manageable steps and monitor your progress.
Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, but we're not always aware of what these are. This can lead us to have low self-esteem and make life choices that don't align with who we are as a person. Being introspective and wanting to understand more about ourselves isn't egotistical or self-obsessive, it's an incredibly important step to take in order to be happier and form stronger relationships.
I will be led by you, as this is your life and I am just here to listen and support you without judgement.
