**CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE: Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the agreed upon lesson, failure to do so; you forfeit the lesson and you will still be liable for the amount to be paid in full. In the case of successfully cancelling the lesson you will be allowed to re-arrange to a more suitable time.

**TRAVELLING
PLEASE NOTE: At minimum you are required to pay a R100 for every call out lesson. Dependent on the distance travelled the price is subject to change. Any call out that exceeds a 15km radius will be liable for additional costs which will be arranged during a formal agreement.

**HOURS
PLEASE NOTE: I am only here to provide the most reasonable service. The less hours you agree to do will result in a higher hourly rate, as you increase hours, I will decrease the hourly rate accordingly. Please know that you may be required to provide me with an upfront stationery fee in the beginning of the year - this will take care of your child's work book and any printing of past exams, notes, etc. This fee will be based on the grade your child is in, for example you maybe pay a higher fee if in grade 8 because they would need all notes for every section whereas in grade 9 they should already have the basics or know it and might not need all the notes as in grade 9 not many new sections are introduced - mainly just follow ups on the sections previously covered in grade 8.
