About Jennifer
Hello! My name is Jennifer, and I am an aspiring elementary teacher with a passion for helping students become confident, successful learners. I believe every child has the ability to succeed when they receive patient guidance, encouragement, and instruction tailored to their individual needs.
I specialize in working with elementary students in reading, phonics, writing, literacy, and homework support. As I continue my teacher preparation, I also create educational resources designed to make learning engaging and meaningful. This allows me to bring creativity, organization, and fresh ideas into every lesson.
I understand that asking for extra academic support is an important decision for families. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress. I strive to help every learner build not only stronger academic skills but also the confidence to enjoy learning and believe in themselves.

Whether your child is learning to read, improving reading fluency, strengthening comprehension, developing writing skills, or simply building confidence, I break concepts into manageable steps and celebrate progress along the way.
My lessons include interactive activities, guided practice, games when appropriate, and plenty of positive encouragement. I strive to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing as learners. I work with elementary students of all ability levels and believe that every child can become a confident reader and writer with the right support.
