I have been playing football since the tender age of 5 and currently playing for a club in Cape Town. I attended Paul Roos Gymnasium and I am currently taking a gap year to chase my dreams of becoming a professional footballer

My teaching method is to lead by example , by making videos of each exercise and explaining all small details and to have a visual representation of the workouts that are sent out. I also make use of YouTube and Instagram for material
