About Jacob
Today I work in two middle schools in Meylan and Villard-Bonnot, so I am very familiar with the French education system and I am actively working with students from the 6eme to 3eme level. In Paris, I led conversation classes at Epitech Computer Science School for individuals or groups of as many as ten students. The courses were based on history, literature and culture in preparation for the TOEIC exam. In the United States, I was a private tutor in math for two years, high school level. My primary students graduated with honors.

I'm American and I came to Grenoble to be an English Assistant for the Académie de Grenoble. I offer homework assistance and the opportunity to talk outside the classroom. Because I speak English as my first language and I grew up in the United States, I am master of English grammar. I completed the training course for foreign language assistants, managed by the Rectorat of Grenoble. For new students, I would create a unique course to best meet their needs and goals.
