I base my workshops and sessions in positive and neuro-linguistic psychology. In line with this, the training, preparation, advice and dynamic in general looks for the self-awareness, find current opportunities and work with the resources that my clients currently have, making the right space and place to learn new ways to develop and keep growing, a step in which we also practice and role-play when necessary.
