About Ali
I am an athlete that played soccer competitively for about 10 years. I played for clubs such as Aurora Stingers SC A, Oak Ridges, and Unionville Milliken SC U21. I am currently posting soccer training videos on Instagram for those that want to improve their game.

I always start off by asking the player why they want to improve. I believe that the motivation behind the training is more important than the training itself as it will determine whether the player will be consistent in the long run. I will then try to structure a program outlining a series of drills for each practice session for the player (which I will be guiding them through step-by-step). This will mostly be based on my own personal experience and expertise. In the end, I hope to have developed a strong friendship with the player and hear about their solid performances in their next matches.
