I have been coaching for last 4 years have got my athletes to national competitions and county level (national grade 3 and lower). i run sessions down at my local club. As well I still do sprinting and other athletics competitions. Happy to do sessions at your house, athletics track or other

my teaching style is based off science and individual needs as every athlete is different. Happy to work with anyone young or old. To become world class athlete then 100% commitment needs to be both ways :) Happy to bring equipment if needed
