About Anasta
Occasionally, and for a few months now, I have given my volunteer time to families wishing to change their diet and to strive for a certain balance of food. I do it, and I do it with genuine pleasure and a sense of innate tact. In this way, I was able to refine my teaching methods and my ability to place new and detailed concepts in curious souls. I have also recently been solicited by student friends titillated by the idea of absorbing some practical knowledge and minutes tricks. This was an exchange of good practice, but it still remained in the form of a course. And from the beginning of their queries until the end of the course, I remember always seeing satisfaction on their face. Besides, as far as I can remember, I really always had the soul of a professor.
