About Mary
I have been teaching and practicing yoga and fitness for almost 20 years. I also personally have scoliosis and challenges with my posture and have specialised in injury prevention and pain management. Through yoga and strength training I have improved my posture and stay pretty much back pain free.
Movement and mental health are my passion! and I want to share my experience and research with you, not just if you have scoliosis, but if you too want to be strong and resilient mentally and physically.

My classes are tailored to suit your needs and to help you achieve your goals. I’m an authorised level 2 Ashtanga teacher with a background in personal training. My yoga classes are posture, breath and focused based.
I teach traditional Ashtanga but Maintain a flexible and fun approach.
Strength training classes and posture and technique focused, quality over quantity, to get the most from your workouts.
