About Sherice
Are you ready to take your storytelling skills to the next level? As a professional screenwriter/director based in West London, I'm here to help you navigate the exciting world of screenwriting.
With a background in screenwriting from The Met Film School and representation by The Simon Williamson Agency, I have the knowledge and industry connections to guide you on your journey. My script 'The Big Three O' won the BAFTA Rocliffe new writing competition in 2022 and is currently in development with Gobby Girl Films. I have also been a finalist for the UKTV writers Slam, Screencraft Comedy Competition, Launch Pad Pro competition, and have been in the top 5% of the BBC Writers room.
As a writer/director, I bring a unique perspective to mentoring. Last year, I wrote and directed a short mockumentary that won the British Comedy Guide production award. I was also mentored by the incredible director Aisling Walsh and worked as a 2nd Unit Director on her upcoming show, 'Miss Austen,' set to air on the BBC in September 2024. This experience has shown me the importance of guidance and support in the creative process.
In addition to my work as a writer/director, I have also worked as a script judge for The Golden Script Competition and The New Voice Awards. This has given me valuable insights into what makes a script stand out and how to help writers refine their craft.
As your mentor, I will provide a balance of storytelling guidance and practical advice from a director's perspective. I understand the art and craft of storytelling, as well as the intricacies of filmmaking. Together, we will work on developing your unique voice, honing your skills, and bringing your stories to life.

I'm a BAFTA rocliffe winner, a Tri-Force UK Writers Slam Finalist and a Comedy Screenplay Awards Finalist who has won competitions, signed with an agent and has projects in active development.
I want to help you tell your story, the way you want to tell it. We will avoid formulaic approaches - instead, focusing on what you want to say, how you want to say it, and what themes you want to explore. With my experience as a freelance script consultant , I have honed my skills in providing constructive feedback and guidance to fellow writers, helping them find their unique voice and bring their stories to life.
I can assist you with various aspects of screenwriting, including:
