About Patrick
I’ve spent six years training, competing, and winning on the dance floor — and having fun doing it while teaching others to experience this most human of arts. With me, you’re in good hands: I’ve trained extensively in ballroom, Latin, swing, and even a bit of ballet, country, and jazz. While I have my favorite styles, my true passion is sharing techniques that develop both skill and expressive, joyful movement. I strive to create a supportive, engaging, and mindful environment in every lesson, combining structured training with freestyle and meditative movement to help you connect with your body and move with freedom. My goal is always to leave you feeling better in mind, body, and spirit than when you arrived.

My goal is to leave each student feeling better in mind, body, and spirit after every lesson. Lessons combine technical dance training with freestyle meditative movement, spaced repetition to reinforce skills, and an emphasis on self-expression and fun.
A typical lesson includes a warm-up, technique exercises, guided choreography, and improvisation to explore your own movement (and perhaps someday create your own choreography). I teach beginners and intermediate dancers in styles from the classic waltz to modern West Coast Swing, focusing on making each session engaging, expressive, and growth-oriented.
What sets me apart is my ability to meet students where they are, balancing discipline and technique with creativity, mindfulness, and joy.
