With nine years of experience teaching creative writing online, I understand how to create a welcoming, engaging environment where beginners and advanced writers can thrive.
My background in education, world religions, and social and political science enriches my teaching, helping students explore deeper themes and perspectives in their writing. For example, when students struggle to develop complex characters, I encourage them to draw from different cultural or historical influences to deepen their character’s motivations and conflicts.
