About Sunetra
My name is Sunetra Sinha, and I am from Raniganj, West Bengal. Yoga has been an important part of my life for over 15 years, and during this journey I have developed a deep passion for the practice as well as for sharing its benefits with others.
I have participated in yoga competitions and received several prizes, which have helped me develop a strong understanding of yoga asanas, discipline, technique, and consistent practice.
I believe yoga is not just about flexibility or performing difficult postures—it is a beautiful practice that helps develop physical strength, mental focus, balance, and overall well-being.
As a teacher, I would love to share my knowledge and experience with students and help them build a safe, meaningful, and enjoyable yoga practice, regardless of their current level.

My yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and inner well-being through the disciplined practice of Yoga.
With 15+ years of experience in Yoga Asanas and participation in yoga competitions, I focus on teaching correct posture, alignment, breathing, and mindful practice rather than simply performing poses.
Classes are personalized according to the student’s level and goals, whether you are a complete beginner, looking to improve your flexibility and fitness, or an experienced practitioner wanting to deepen your asana practice.
My approach is patient, structured, and encouraging, with special attention to proper technique and gradual progress. I aim to help every student develop a strong and sustainable yoga practice while experiencing the physical and mental benefits of Yoga.
