About Rifat
I’m a British junior bodybuilder and 2 Bros Pro competitor with over 5 years of hands-on experience in training and nutrition. I’ve lived the lifestyle — from bulking and cutting to peak week and stage conditioning. I’ve spent years learning how to train effectively, eat with purpose, and push through both physical and mental plateaus. Now, I want to pass that knowledge on. I know how confusing and overwhelming fitness can be when you’re starting out or trying to level up. My goal is to make it simple, personalised, and effective for every client — whether you’re chasing your first transformation, looking to build muscle, or stepping on stage. Teaching is my way of giving back to the sport that changed my life — helping others build strength, confidence, and discipline both inside and outside the gym.
