Perfect! I've been practicing yoga with Dr. Chippy for two months now, and it's been an incredible journey. As a beginner, I truly appreciate how she guided me through all the basics with such clarity and patience. Her friendly demeanor makes each session enjoyable, and I always feel comfortable asking questions.

Dr. Chippy takes the time to listen to my health concerns and tailors her guidance accordingly, ensuring that I practice safely and effectively. Her knowledge of yoga, combined with her understanding of individual needs, sets her apart as a teacher.

Additionally, her emphasis on mindfulness and breathing techniques has enhanced my overall experience. I’ve noticed improvements not only in my flexibility and strength but also in my mental well-being.

I highly recommend Dr. Chippy to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate yoga teacher. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, she creates a welcoming environment for all levels.
