About Eliana
The consultation is online, and lasts 1 hour. We will complete a personalized history about you: your behaviors, habits, past illnesses, medical history, etc. Problem or discomfort present, if applicable.
In the consultation I will explain how Ayurveda works on a daily basis.
I will soon send a PDF with habit tips to follow: stimulation of the 5 senses, Yoga postures , herbal medicine to use, aromatherapy, self massage tips.

Born in Argentina, I have lived in Rio since 2016. I graduated from Shiva Studio in Laranjeiras in Rio de Janeiro, directed by Sheila Quintaneiro, graduation in January 2020. I am happy to guide others in their path of self-knowledge. I like to give the tools I used to let go of bad habits and addictions. I am also a Yoga Instructor: Styles: Hatha: Traditional Indian, for beginners. Vinyasa: fluid and vigorous yoga, recommended for intermediate and advanced practices. Yin Yoga: static yoga that works all the muscles, focuses on the joints and ligaments, focuses on the leg and hip area. It releases traumas and stagnant energy in the body.
I work together with the disciplines of Ayurveda and Yoga to generate self-care habits in your daily life, 50% is on my account, and 50% is on behalf of the patient.

Por qué, es una gran profesora, la cual es muy organizada, apasionada, paciente, y aunque no la trates por mucho tiempo puede dejar huella en ti, ad más es buena onda.
Con Eliana vivencie mi primer acercamiento al yoga, una muy buena experiencia, siempre genero un espacio donde su acompañamiento fue constante y preciso para cada movimiento, compartí mis prácticas de gimnasia que permitió que sea más fluidas las clases, siempre me generó confianza en los encuentros.
