Hello! I’m Gloria Amstad, a professional teacher originally from Switzerland, with teaching experience both in Switzerland and here in Australia. I have a deep knowledge of languages and a wide range of subjects for students from Kindergarten to Second Grade—and with me, learning is always fun! My approach is structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and skills that last. Dear Future Students and Families, Learning is personal. Every student has a unique way of understanding the world, and my goal is to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re struggling with confidence in a subject, looking to refine your skills, or aiming to excel. With years of teaching experience, I specialize in making complex topics clear, relatable, and engaging. I don’t just explain the “what”—I show the “why” and “how,” helping students build understanding that lasts. My approach is patient, structured, and tailored to each individual’s learning style. Beyond the classroom, I bring real-world experience in communication and content creation, having managed multi-channel messaging as a Social Media Manager and coordinated learning-focused programs in fitness instruction. This means I can design lessons and materials that are not only effective but also interactive, fun, and engaging—accessible through email, online tools, or personal sessions. I’m passionate about empowering students to succeed. Together, we’ll break down barriers, turn challenges into wins, and cultivate skills and confidence that go far beyond academics. If you’re ready for a tutor who combines professional expertise, creativity, and empathy, I’d love to work with you. Learning should be inspiring—and with my guidance, it will be.
