I approach my lessons based on reality. I prefer to teach you all something that you can relate to on a daily basis and with that understand what is going on!
My method of teaching is hybrid. Nutrition requires a lot of memorization, so lecturing with powerpoints is a must. However, there is also a lot of visual/hands-on (ie. experiments) to better understand and experience the information.
