About Rhiannon
I’m a naturopath and health sciences graduate with a genuine passion for translating complex health information into clear, accessible knowledge. Throughout my studies, I discovered that my greatest strength—and what I enjoyed most—was breaking down intricate concepts like biochemical pathways, herb-drug interactions, or nutritional therapeutics into explanations that actually make sense.
I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) with Distinction while working, so I understand the challenge of balancing study with other commitments. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the volume of information in natural medicine education, and I’m here to help you navigate that complexity with confidence.
Why I teach:
I genuinely love the moment when a concept clicks for a student—when herbal actions suddenly make sense, or nutritional biochemistry stops feeling impossible. I believe natural medicine education should be rigorous and evidence-based, but also engaging and genuinely useful for clinical practice. My goal isn’t just to help you pass exams, but to build the deep understanding that makes you a confident, competent practitioner.
I bring both academic knowledge and practical clinical experience, which means I can help you see how the theory you’re learning translates into real-world application. Whether you’re struggling with a specific subject, preparing for exams, or wanting to deepen your understanding of herbal medicine or nutrition, I’m here to support your learning journey.

My approach:
I translate complex scientific concepts into clear, memorable explanations whilst maintaining academic rigour. My strength is helping students connect theoretical knowledge with clinical application, understand the evidence base, and develop confident, critical thinking skills.
