Albanian
30 years of nursing experience, having worked in medical, surgical, plastic, vascular, orthopedic wards. Nurse Manager experience in 2 different hospitals in Melbourne. Also worked as facilitator and clinical educator in both private and public hospitals. My teaching methodology is based on real-life experience, keeping things simple for easy understanding, helping students understand better about disease pathophysiology, pharmacology, and anatomy to make teaching a lot easier.
