About REBECA
I have a degree in psychology from the Santiago de Compostela University, a Reiki teacher and an expert in mindfulness therapy. After seven years living abroad, I have worked in the field of social work in different organizations in Ireland, where I have developed my knowledge and expanded my professional experience. I currently give psychological therapy autonomously in Ireland and work in a partnership with adults diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

I work from positive psychology, the scientific study of happiness and well-being that takes into account the strengths and vitudes of people and communities, which leads to living in a meaningful and profound way. The situation that is affecting you through an active listening is worked, where I invite you to experience a new perspective of your life. I help you to restructure your thoughts so that they are no longer an obstacle, so that instead of tormenting you they work for you in a more positive way. There are different techniques to control anger, impulses, learn to control your emotions, help you with panic attacks, manage depression. We learn simple and practical techniques to increase your optimism and work on your strengths, inviting positive emotions to your life.
