About Geoffrey
My name is Geoffrey Bernard. In 2012 I I was faced with a disease that no doctor could identify and it was crippling.
By viewing this disease as an opportunity to grow, I was able to rise from the ashes of my old life and discover a new way of living that was better than before.
Meditation techniques are among the most powerful tools I've found to awaken to my highest potential and it is my purpose and passion to share them with others.
