About Andrei
I am an architecture tutor with over 7 years of experience who has graduated from The Bartlett School of Architecture with First Class Honours and a MArch graduate at the same institution. I offer tutoring sessions to people looking to study architecture/interior design at university as well as people currently studying in undergraduate programmes who need help with software learning, portfolio preparation or job applications. The first lesson will always start by figuring out what you want to achieve and what steps we need to take to get there, whether that is for university applications, CV preparations, or software learning. PORTFOLIO PREPARATION: We will discuss everything from the layout of the portfolio, development of ideas, graphical output and legibility of drawings in order to build on your existing portfolio or to start one up from scratch. APPLICATIONS PREPARATION: We will go through what makes a good CV (legibility as well as content), how to prepare for an interview (university or a Part 1 position) and also work on your presentation skills. SOFTWARE WORKSHOPS: Tutorials on commonly used software in Architectural education and industry. Rhino (3D Modelling) - Vray (rendering) - Photoshop (photo editing) - InDesign (portfolio design) - Illustrator - (line drawings) - Enscape (rendering) - Revit (industry software)

Andrei was a high-performing peer at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. He demonstrates strong skills for design, excellent grasp of both the technical and creative skills needed to realize his projects, and a commendable ability to present her projects clearly and convincingly. He is highly skilled in a myriad of both physical (model-making, sketching, technical drawing), and digital skills (Rhino, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Unreal, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign). In addition, Andrei is very supportive and encouraging to his peers and he is always willing to share his skills and expertise with others. I would highly recommend him as a tutor.
I have worked with Andrei on my portfolio submission for BA Architecture. He has helped me concieve a complex and diverse content that tackled all areas of interest from my designs and drawings. Furthermore, he has helped me find a logical layout for my portfolio that is in conformity with univeristy requirements.

Andrei helped me learn the basics of how to use Rhino 3D in a couple of very descriptive helpful sessions. He was very patient and made sure I was going at my own pace since I haven’t used any 3D modeling softwares before.
