About Christina
With 18 years of experience as a player, including competing in the NBL with Plymouth City Patriots, and 5 years as a coach, basketball has been more than a sport for me—it’s my passion and my escape. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege to coach at various levels, including: • Head Coach for UCL Women’s Basketball Team (current) • Head Coach for Marjon University Women’s Basketball Team • Coach for Plymouth City Patriots • Senior Coach at iBall Academy (current) I am also Basketball England Certified, combining professional expertise with a love for teaching the game. Whether you’re just starting out or striving to refine your skills, my coaching is tailored to help anyone with a passion for basketball achieve their goals. Basketball has shaped who I am, and I’m dedicated to training, playing, and helping others explore the game at any level.

I teach using the Constraint-Led Approach (CLA) to help you develop real-game skills and decision-making. My training is designed to: • Simulate Game Scenarios: Practise in dynamic, realistic situations to improve adaptability, creativity, and performance under pressure. • Tailor Challenges to You: Drills are adjusted to suit your strengths and areas for growth, helping you refine skills like footwork, shooting, and court vision. • Build Basketball IQ: Understand the why and when behind every play, making you a smarter, more confident player.
