About Rhys
I am a 32 year old bass player, singer and multi-instrumentalist. I play in several London-based bands and I have my own musical project that performs my arrangements. I have provided scores for animations, as well as performed to large audiences and written and recorded in many projects.
I passed Grade 8 on bass guitar at the age of 18 and I have played in bands since. I have a wealth of experience from self-directed learning (the most-important kind!) and practice and performance with others.
I can show you how to transform your desire to play into a reality. I can teach absolute beginners as well as more experienced players.

I can teach you to play bass!
I can show you the correct techniques for playing and practice so that your bass playing will take off. When I started learning bass, I had a great teacher to set me on the right path. Now, with 20 years of playing, writing, performing, recording and practice I can offer the same thing to those looking to learn.
Whether you have never held a bass before, or have already been playing gigs and want to improve technically, I can help, with a fun and friendly approach to the art of bass playing.
