Difference between UI, UX, and Visual Design Introduction to WordPress & Canva Importance of Branding and Design Consistency Activity: Create your first Canva poster (simple quote or flyer) Week 2: Setting Up WordPress Website Understanding Domains, Hosting & CMS Installing WordPress (locally & online) Understanding WordPress Dashboard Choosing and Installing a Theme Activity: Install Astra or Hello Elementor Theme and customize homepage Week 3: Building Pages using Elementor What is Elementor? Why use it? Adding Sections, Columns, Widgets Designing Header, Footer, About, Contact Pages Embedding images, videos, buttons Activity: Create a basic 3-page website using Elementor Week 4: Canva for Graphic Design Getting Started with Canva (Free vs Pro) Templates: Posters, Logos, Presentations, Social Media Posts Typography, Color Schemes, Layouts Activity: Design a logo and Instagram post for your website Week 5: Advanced Design & Branding Creating a brand kit (logo, colors, fonts) Designing consistent social media banners Responsive design tips in WordPress Activity: Create a full brand identity in Canva and apply on website Week 6: Portfolio & Publishing Adding Blog Section and Contact Forms Connecting to Domain & Hosting (GoDaddy/Hostinger demo) Website Launch Checklist How to present your work to clients Activity: Publish your own portfolio site and share your word. ️ Tools Required: Laptop/Computer with Internet. WordPress Account (Free or with Hosting). Canva Account (Free is enough). Google Drive or Pen Drive to save projects. Deliverables: 1 Complete WordPress Website (Portfolio/Business) 1 Brand Kit (Logo, Colors, Font Guidelines) 5+ Canva Designs (Posters, Ads, Banners) Course Completion Certificate.
