About Uday
Hello there! I am a working professional, with a diploma in Yoga. Would be happy to teach learners, who are planning to start their journey in Yoga and Fitness. Yoga journey is not only about asanas, imbibing Yogic practices in your day to day life is the ultimate goal for better and peaceful life!! Sessions would include preparatory movements, surya namaskar, asanas, pranayama, and information about ancient yogic habits.

Sessions will be for an hour per day, with no. of days in a week finalized after coordinating with learner. Each session will include warm-up movements, asanas, pranayam breathing and some knowledge about Yogic habits which we can include in our day to day life.
