About Kristin
I am certified 200hrs by Yoga Alliance, trained at the Shivananda ashram in Kerala, India. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years. I taught a year in China to adults and children. I was trained in the practice of Hatha but I have some knowledge of Vinyasa, Yin, and Ashtanga.

Breathing is the most important in the practice of yoga. It is for this reason that we will focus on the harmony between movement and breathing. We will start with a moment of grounding and meditation and / or pranayama. Then, we will follow a series of asanas to properly align our bodies, our mentality and our spirit. We will end the session with relaxation and a mantra that will bring us calm and happiness.
For the children's class, they will also get an introduction to the English language. A 2 for 1 special! Children will enjoy playing games to learn the asanas, cool breathing techniques, and truly find peace in our final moments of relaxation. Everyone will finish class with a big smile!
