As someone who has experienced the calming effects of yoga firsthand, I now aim to help others begin their yoga journey — especially students, beginners, and working adults who are looking for simple, practical ways to stay healthy and stress-free. My teaching style is gentle, non-judgmental, and beginner-friendly, with clear guidance in Hinglish, making it easy to follow and feel comfortable, even if you're completely new. I believe in creating a warm and positive space where each session becomes a moment of self-care, calm, and joy. As a yoga practitioner and passionate guide, I offer simple, easy-to-follow Hatha Yoga sessions in Hinglish, designed especially for beginners, students, and working professionals.
My classes focus on:
Basic postures (asanas) for flexibility and strength
Breathwork (pranayama) to calm the mind and reduce stress
Light yoga flow sequences for gentle movement
Optional short meditations or relaxation at the end
Each session is conducted in a calm and encouraging space — no pressure for perfect postures! I guide step-by-step, explain in Hinglish, and adjust routines as per your comfort level.
