About Roxy
Hi! I'm Roxy - a passionate movement lover with a deep belief in the power of mindful movement to transform both body and mind. I discovered yoga and dance during a difficult time when I needed grounding, confidence and joy. Whether it's the calm and presence of yoga, or the energy and freedom of Zumba, movement has helped me feel stronger, more connected and more me. Currently completing my Yoga Teacher Training 200 hours, facilitating office yoga sessions and with experience working with SEN Children. I create a welcoming, judgement-free space where you can explore movement, connect with yourself, and feel good - no matter your age, body or experience. I believe fitness and wellness should be fun, inclusive and accessible. Whether you're taking your first step onto the mat or dancing for the first time in years, I'm here to support you, encourage you, and celebrate every small win along the way!
