About Maya
I am in my 3rd year at Exeter University studying Spanish and French. I have studied Spanish for 10 years and have A* (A-Level). I have given casual lessons to a friend's daughter studying GCSE's and would love to build up an online platform to help other people grow their passions for Spanish and languages!

I will tailor each class to the needs and wants of the student. This will involve having a conversation with the student to find out their aims and target areas to improve. I will then create structured lessons with fun exercises and activities focusing on these areas and will often finish with a short piece of independent learning for the student to complete in between lessons so that I can judge their progress and pinpoint their weaknesses/gaps in understanding. I am a student myself so I know first hand what works in relation to learning languages and online classes so I will use this to create a better and more productive learning environment for my students.
