My teaching approach is based on learning. It is all about learner. So, I go with Aristotle method of learning, because I believe that critical thinking through inductive and deductive reasoning is most crucial for learner. purpose of school was to develop and exercise students' potential for reasoning, form ethical character, and provide a skill and knowledge base. I believe that the purpose of coaching is to develop dispositions and habits that exercise reason and form a human's ethos.
