I have a centralized focus on music theory. This can allow someone to play any style they choose to play as well as branch into other instruments. This doesn't require someone to read sheet music, but to understand how the mechanics of music work, from scale construction and use to chord construction. I have been teaching for more than 10 years with dozens of students. If you're looking to improve your skills, get some gigs, or just learn how to play a few tunes, these lessons are tuned to your needs. My credentials include an associate's degree in music science, associate's degree in audio engineering, and a BA in music performance as well as years of performance experience.
