About Tim
I am a Berklee College of Music professor of composition, orchestration and film scoring. I have taught many students who have made their way into a career in music. I have composed works for the concert hall, jazz ensembles, films, TV shows, video games, and musical theater and I have orchestrated, produced, and conducted works in these areas as well.

I teach composition, orchestration, music theory, and music technology to students of all levels, meeting them at their level. I build custom study plans for each student, depending on their backgrounds, goals, and interests. I am fluent in a wide variety of styles of music, including concert music, film music, jazz, and pop/rock styles. I have 25 years of experience working in the music, music for film, and music for video game industries as a composer, orchestrator, producer, player, and conductor.
