About Linda
I am a Holistic teacher that has a passion and drive to assist others to journey through this life well. Well are all individuals who thrive in many different ways. Yet there are some basic health guidelines that help us to live well.
I assist people on an individual basis to come up with an individualized and sustainable path. This path is based on the persons background, economic situation and family dynamic's just to name a few. Together health and wellness can be attained.

Our coaching/tutoring session will be discussion sessions that involve delving into locating the right decisions that lead to better health. We will together tackle behaviors and habits that need to be replaced. Then we will formulate a plan. The following session will be for the maintenance of the plan(s) or the revision of the plan(s).
