About Neetu
I am a Professional Bharatanatyam Dance Teacher and has completed MA in Bharatanatyam. I was blessed to performed at the Great Natyanjali Festival held in Tamil Nadu and Kala Ghoda festival in Mumbai. I have also represented India in the International Dance Festivals - Mondial Des Culture held in Canada and Rencontre Folklore Festival in Switzerland.

The class starts with Prayer - Saraswati mantra, Dhyan Shlokam and Guru mantra followed by 15 mins excercises in standing, jumping, sitting, half sitting, feet, hand & neck excercises. Then at first leg movements of particular steps are taught followed by hand movements of the same steps and then both hand and legs movements are practiced.
