Nancie is a very reliable person. Ask her for help and she is more than ready to give it. Though I only learn simplified mandarin casually, any question I have is answered right away without becoming long-winded. Looking at her as anindividual, she is driven, always having a goal in mind and a way to accomplish her goals. She is what I see as an example for many things. Through her organization, skills in mandarin(through growing up in China and her heritage), and helpful attitude she would make an excellent instructor/teacher for people in different levels of language skill.
