I use a simple method for first timers in order to get everyone along, then tighten things a bit as we progress. I also try to engage on therapy section for some people that might have complications in order not to trigger any adverse effect during workouts. Finally, I love interactive section on our routines to keep everyone focused. BTW exercise is "fun-filled"
