About Anna
I am an experienced birth and postnatal coach. I am a qualified hypnobirthing instructor, I trained with Katherine Graves. I have many years experience in meditation and I am currently studying to be a certified coach.
I teach women how to have a positive, fear free birth.

I teach in person and online.
I use a series of tools and techniques in my sessions which include, hypnobirthing, energy work, relaxation, mediation, movement, breathing and visulisationcoach. specialise in hypnobirthing, energy work and meditation. I teach group and private sessions for couples preparing for birth and women in the postnatal period. I also offer 1:1 Coaching sessions. My passion is to empower women to connect to their bodies and intuition, let go of fear and awaken to their true power in birth and motherhood.
I am warm, friendly and support people in a very bespoke way.
