About Dr Sapna

I am Dr. Sapna Somawat, a BNYS doctor and MD Yoga scholar with a strong interest in holistic health and wellness. I believe yoga is not just exercise but a way to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. My approach is gentle, personalized and practical, with a focus on helping students build a consistent yoga practice. I teach Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation in a simple and supportive way, adapting sessions according to each student’s level, comfort and goals.

About the lesson

I offer personalized online Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation sessions for beginners and all levels. As a BNYS doctor and MD Yoga scholar, I focus on safe, practical and holistic practices tailored to each student’s needs and goals. Sessions may include asanas, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation, with guidance on developing a consistent and sustainable yoga routine. Classes are conducted live online in a comfortable, supportive and easy-to-follow manner.
