About Cris
I am a singer, actress and dancer by training. In addition, I am studying a degree in Psychology and for three years I have been a teacher of different types of yoga. To find a balance in all my activity that includes many emotions, and sometimes, little job stability, I started with the practice of yoga more than five years ago until I decided to train (Ashtanga Yoga 200h - Yoga Alliance) and start sharing everything that this discipline can bring us.

My teaching method consists of adapting each class to the needs of my students. It is a discipline with many possible variations and I try to adapt each practice to what you want to work on. From more dynamic classes to tone the muscles in an energetic way to classes of alignment and control of the breathing calmer but still effective. Also intermediate levels that both parties work simultaneously always attending to the needs of each body.
